HISTORIC BUILDING

Austino's Patisserie, a Shake family restaurant,  opened in 2007 in a building rich with history.

La Ida Cafe - The building historically contained Edith's Restaurant, the model for John Steinbeck's La Ida Cafe and the character of Wide Ida in the Novellas Cannery Row and Sweet Thursday.

The Mission Revival-Inspired building was built in 1929.

OPEN DAILY 9 AM - 6 PM
